Capita Strategic Children’s Services has available a wide range of expertise and experienced consultants to support Local Authorities and other institutions in improving the provision for children from birth to 11 covering Early Years and Primary phases.
All the Capita consultants are leaders in their fields and are able to draw on a wealth of knowledge and expertise through their own contacts and through Capita Strategic Children’s Services itself. Consultants are able to undertake a lead role to drive forward strategic issues or work as part of the Local Authority team to add and build capacity. This can be working with Local Authorities, Schools and EYFS Settings and areas of Social Services.
Since its inception
Capita Strategic Children’s Services has undertaken some of the following:
- Strategic partnerships with Local Authorities
- Interim management posts in Local Authorities
- Advice and support on management structures for Early Years and Primary School Improvement.
- Individual deployment to Local Authorities of consultants to undertake specific work. Continued work with the DfE on primary matters.
- Work with the DfE on primary matters.
