As one of the most successful providers of strategic children's services support over the last eight years, we have provided support to over 50 Local Authorities. This has included major service improvement projects, with interim management teams working with LA staff to overcome capacity problems or serious weaknesses in certain services. We have helped to bring about rapid improvements in the quality of service provision – having worked with Local Authorities that were experiencing difficulties, as well as highly successful authorities, to develop their services further.
We have continually developed our own service offering to ensure that we can support local authorities and other public/ private sector providers to implement national, regional and local priorities. We also find ways to adapt to continuous change that is manageable, rewarding and can make a real difference to outcomes.
