Capita Strategic Children’s Services provided two interim Senior Executives to lead new Performance and Policy teams. Their brief was to establish sound working practices in the two new teams. Day -to-day management of the teams was targeted to form secure working relations across the Directorate. Systems were introduced to develop the access and use of performance data and information across the Directorate.

- The establishment of effective Performance and Policy teams
- A performance data and information system to support operational monitoring, development and high level decision making
- CYPP became an ‘active’ tool for operational delivery and development.
