A LA required an interim Area School Improvement Manager to develop and manage an effective area school improvement team. Inspection performance had been weak and support was needed to manage the School Improvement Partners.
Improvements were seen across the whole service - monitoring of school’s progress against targets showed that over 90% of schools were on track to achieve their targets.
