Ian Harrison
Managing Director, Capita Strategic Children’s Services and the National Strategies
Ian is Managing Director of Capita Strategic Children’s Services and the National Strategies. Ian leads on commercial negotiations and support for all major Capita Strategic Children’s Services contracts. Ian has led Capita Strategic Children’s Services from its inception in January 2001, helping to win all the major contracts that Capita Strategic Children’s Services has been involved in. He recruited the Capita Strategic Children’s Services team (now over 40 permanent staff and 100 associates) and a significant number of associates. He has built the business up so that the company is now one of the leading providers of interim management and consultancy to Local Authorities and other public sector organisations.

Parin Bahl
Deputy Managing Director, Capita Strategic Children’s Services and the National Strategies
Parin has co-led Capita Strategic Children’s Services from its inception, helping to win all the major contracts for Capita Strategic Children’s Services. With Ian, Parin led the transformation of Capita Strategic Education Services to Capita Strategic Children’s Services and helped to recruit the Capita team. Parin has developed the Capita Strategic Children’s Services offer to clients and contributed to national discussions and debates on education. She has overseen several interim management contracts and provided direct consultancy support to Local Authorities and other public and private sector organisations.

Margaret Davies
Director, Capita Strategic Children’s Services
Margaret currently has operational oversight of Capita Strategic Children’s Services including the deployment of the large Capita Strategic Children’s Services team. Since joining Capita, Margaret has carried out a number of interim senior management posts in Local Authorities, together with providing consultancy support. Margaret oversees and quality assures a number of complex contracts offering support to Government Offices and Local Authorities on safeguarding and system reviews. Margaret joined Capita after a successful career in primary education and leadership of local authority access and inclusion services.

Fiona Hartley
Director, Capita Strategic Children’s Services
Within Capita Strategic Children’s Services, Fiona currently has responsibility for recruitment and performance management. She has line management responsibility for a group of permanent staff and maintains oversight of Capita Strategic Children’s Services associates.
Fiona joined Capita Strategic Children’s Services after a successful career in secondary education, local authority advisory work, and consultancy and training with other Capita business units.
