Case study: Secondary school improvement

Assignment

Client Issue

The newly established directorate of Children’s services and the children and young people’s plan had led to the realignment of key posts and movement of services to different divisions in the directorate.

The imminence of the JAR and the need to plan for BSF had started to place extra demands on the service

Children’ s Services and the accountability through the APA and the JAR had not been fully understood in schools or in the service

The service plan is securely linked to the CYPP
